There are fundamentally three difference methods to produce Nylon Film. Namely simultaneous oriented method, successive oriented method, and tubular method. Emblem developed by Unitika is the world first biaxially oriented nylon Film by Simultaneous Biaxially Oriented Method

The film is grip by its edges and then move forward at an increasing speed while being stretched transversely by the diverging grips. Mechanically, this type of operation can carried out by a tenter frame in which clips are moved by screw of increasing pitch. The magnitude of the transverse draw would then be controlled by angle the divergence at the clips. This method is used by UNITIKA & EMBLEM ASIA.
